We wrote this book because God has done too much to keep it to ourselves. Everyone has a story but, some of the topics in this book aren't in everyone's story. Some of the topics are over the top...you don't hear about them everyday. We wanted everyone to know what God can do.  And not just because He can but, because He wants to! We want Him to have all the glory.

My hope for this book is that those who read it would walk away encouraged, desiring a personal or deeper relationship with Jesus!  That no matter what has been done to you or what you have done in life God loves YOU and has a plan for your life!  No matter where you start, where you finish is up to YOU!  And where we finish is more important than where we start!

When I was young I dreamed of being successful.  I thought having money is what would make life better. I dreamed of having a family that loved me, that were good to each other and looked out for each other. Now, I know it doesn't matter what you have but, WHO you have.  Having Jesus has given me more than I ever dreamed.  Because of Him, I have my wife and children.  Because of Him my relationship with my mom and my siblings is now how I wished it could have always been.  Because of Him, I can live in the present without being held back by my past!  My past has given me an opportunity...an opportunity to share how good God really is!

Juan Canales lives in Indianapolis with his wife and their five children. He has a passion to help men, young and old, understand how important their role is not only in their families, but in the church and the community. The Canales’ attend Bethel Family Worship Center on the West side of Indianapolis.
